If/Else statements do not work, most likely in cases you have missed the symbols or parenthesis.

The added eRoom users should synchro themselves while they are creating the meetings in Zoom account. Not only admin.

eRoom and Zoom reflect any meetings nevertheless they are created in Zoom or directly in eRoom plugin.

Make sure you have synchronized eRoom with Zoom account by clicking on Synch with Zoom Meetings button – screenshot

The asked feature is not presented in the theme for now.

On the other hand, it is a good suggestion. We will take a look at this proposal as a new feature in our updates.
