In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast, could you make the 3.0.4 update the same as 2.3.5I was very lucky then. I rolled back within 24 hours, and before I created any new posts or had made any modifications, and had no posts in draft. Sorry to hear of your problems. Looks like you’ll have to manually re-publish all those affected posts.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast, could you make the 3.0.4 update the same as 2.3.5Since I used WP Rollback to revert to version 2.3.5 I am having no issues at all. Yoast SEO is operating perfectly on all of my sites. I have certainly looked at changing my SEO plugin, but if all is ok and working, why change?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Bugs, Bad Updates, And Injects Code In Your headerNot to mention the amount of spam email from onpage.org. I have rolled back after updating only two sites, but I am still continually having to unsubscribe from regular Onepage spam mail.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast, could you make the 3.0.4 update the same as 2.3.5Try deactivating Yoast SEO, then check that it’s gone. Reactivate and try WP Rollback again. If that fails, delete Yoast, and download and manually install 2.3.5.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast, could you make the 3.0.4 update the same as 2.3.5Quite honestly, this whole upgrade fiasco looks like one big con to get people to pay for onpage.org. Which by the way, is absolute rubbish, unless you fork out for the pro version.
For those who hate this upgrade, use WP Rollback to go back to version 2.3.5, and forget that this sad story ever happened. Yoast is Toast!
I am very sorry to have to say that after years of satisfaction, but this really has been an unmitigated disaster, which has affected so many users. It’s really quite unforgivable.

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Comment email notificationsYes, but it is not an Akismet problem. I have narrowed down the problem to a hosting issue. It was coincidental that the issue arose the same day as I updated Akismet. Thanks for replying though.

In reply to: [JM Twitter Cards] PHP 5.2Thanks. I have the option to upgrade the PHP on my ISP, so may do so now.
Wow! That was fast. Thanks, it works like a charm again.
Issue resolved!
You’re right. It’s not an easy change over. I had my WP developer do the job for me.
@canadianangelxo Hi. I changed to WP Total Cache nearly two months ago and have had no problems at all with TOP Pro for the last few weeks. But I’m not sure it was a cache problem. There has been a couple of updates of the TOP plugin recently that may have solved the issue. But as I’m not using Super Cache now, it’s hard to say. If you are still having problems, a change of cache plugin might help.
I’m having the same problem with 3 or 4 tweets going out when I have only configured for one. I have happily used TOP and ROP for years, and never has this problem. But now I think about it, I had all my blogs changed over from WP Super Cache to using W3 Total Cache a month or so back. Could this be the problem?
Ignore my previous message. I have found the problem finally in my category settings. However, the problem of tweeting images to two accounts remains. Error for your last post was :’Bad Request’ But I suppose this is more than likely a Twitter restriction.
No rush. It’s a great plugin! But any little tweaks will be most welcome as you develop it.
