    Hi @isaumya

I’ve updated one of my sites to 5.0.2, and functionly, everything seems to be working fine.

I don’t see any errors now in my log files.

But I noticed one issue. When I test the cache, it shows that Cloudflare is not enabled.

    Here’s a screenshot: https://postimg.cc/ZW9XMFMd

However, everything seems to be working fine. Is it a bug, or is there a way to fix this error?

I had no luck with my host’s support, but they did try. ??

I changed verions back and forth so they could check.

But probably as I expected, they said that a PHP code change probably related to /cached_html_pages/ after v 4.7.10 is most likely causing the server error, and advised me to stay on this version until there is a fix.

I’m testing on one of my small sites and these server errors don’t seem to affect performance. But to be on the safe side, I have rolled back to v 4.7.10 for now.

Hopefully, your dev team can find a solution for this issue.

I’ve logged a support request with my host regarding this fastcgi issue, @isaumya

I’ll let you know once I receive a reply.

I’m seeing this critcal issue, too.

It’s not a big deal, but wouldn’t it be better to move it to “recommended improvements”.

At least then, there would be no red warning label on Site Health.

Okay. So how do we proceed from here?

    Thread Starter bobsled

    (@bobsled)

I can. But surely this must be an issue with the plugin, since this is not occuring with any version up to 4.7.10.

    What’s changed?

To me, it’s not logical to chase this with my host as yet, when the issue seems be clearly related to the plugin update.

Can you check what’s changed with the plugin first?

    (@bobsled)

    How do I do that?

No, they are not fatal PHP errors, only a message. So it’s not a make or break issue.

But they are occururing very often as you can see from the time stamps below.

I’ve had to rollback my sites to 4.7.10 @isaumya

Both new versions create a stream of hundreds of PHP errors on my server. I noted a couple of examples in an earlier message.

Hopefully, there’s a fix coming soon for this.

I’m still seeing PHP errors on my site with 4.7.12, @urbancowboy1994

But my other site using 4.7.10 is showing no errors.

So I don’t belive the lastest update has addressed the issue. Hopefully, there will be a further update to resolve the issue.

I just tried again with the new version. It seemed to populate better than when I last tried.

However, there are plenty of errors showing on my server. Here’s a couple of examples.
