Same issue here, also running the following:

EM 5.5.2
EM Pro 2.2.9
WP 3.8.1

I have already tested with default 2012, 2013, 2014 themes and tested with all plugins off apart from EM and EMPro and the problem persists.

Any progress on resoling the issue?
