What I meant was can the background area color that is black now with the violin image at top left be changed separately from the text area color that is currently off white?

It’s probably right in front of me, however I can’t seem to locate where Recent Posts list is. I don’t see it in Customizer or in editing the Home Page. Hmm.

Do the names you are choosing for menu items already exist as Pages? If not, they won’t appear.

The problem is in your Business Prime theme. To confirm this, try a different theme. If that theme works, then the current theme maybe has a problem with 4.8?

Could be malware. Start by doing online scans with Sucuri and Quterra. Sometimes they leave malware in subfolders.

Might change passwords too. And, if needed, reinstall WordPress from a clean copy. Ditto for plugins

Yes, that was the problem. So, I used VLC to convert to YouTube format and it worked fine.
