What strange is when I remove the key and click save changes, green check marks appear next to all of the features but as soon as I add the key and click save changes it goes back to being deactivated. I even deactivated Wordfence thinking that might be the problem.

In the xxx_wc_admin_notes table I updated wc-update-db-reminder from unactioned to actioned

I just noticed that the Form Title and Description display when I’m in the edit mode. When I check “Hide form title and description area” once again, it’s working properly in the edit view. In the preview mode, the title and description don’t display either way.
