Mediaelement lacks a playlist player, which I want/need.
And while it was updated more recently than mp3-jplayer, forum support seems no better.
Thanks for the update – glad that’s fixed.
However, for better or worse, I don’t plan on returning to Brunelleschi, as there were other problems besides the IE8 crash. I ended up with a paid theme framework called Catalyst which is better-supported and is easily customizable via hundreds of options in the dashboard – I really like it.
Thanks very much, lunaman.
I had to move on to another theme – lack of IE8 support was a deal-breaker, since it’s the most-widely used Windows browser.
If that new theme doesn’t work out and I return to Brunelleschi, I’ll give these fixes a try.
Thanks again for sharing the info.

In reply to: [MP3-jPlayer] [Plugin: MP3-jPlayer] Opera is not open playlistI installed these modified CSS files because I was having the same problem.
The playlist now appears in Opera, but the player is now missing the following:
-volume slider
-status text (“connecting”, “buffering”, etc)
-three buttons – previous, next, and stop
-‘hide playlist’ buttonAnybody else noticing this?
These are all missing in Firefox 10.01 (Mac) too, but they’re present in Safari 5.1.2 (Mac).
Playback works in all cases.

In reply to: [Audio Player] [Plugin: Audio Player] Other options?In the Dashboard, go to Settings -> Audio Player and select the ‘display’ tab. In the bottom section, ‘Options’ select the checkbox for ‘Disable animation.’
The player will now load in the open position.

In reply to: Centering the Nav Menu and Changing Font SizeNav menu centering is now selectable in Brunelleschi options.
To change nav menu font: the theme’s author posted this at his site:
Open Appearance->Brunelleschi Options and add this to the Custom CSS box:
#access * {
font-family: “Times New Roman” !important;
}Replace “Times New Roman” with whatever font you like!
SOLUTION:
In the custom link menu, enter the pound sign
#
only – do not includehttps://
.I’d seen something about this elsewhere, but I don’t think it said to omit

Sorry for the false alarm, and I hope this helps another newb like me!
