The risk with that is that it might stop email alerts going out from the current forum system which I would not want to do.
I might just migrate one forum thread first then and see what happens. That way any damage is limited.

Thank you. We are currently deciding which forum to migrate as well as how to migrate. Those are useful pointers for the conversion.

Why else would I be asking about migration from it!

The search seems to work correctly for some sections and not others. I have now removed it from the main page and only have it in relevant sections.

That is now selecting one of the Search forms created but it is still not producing any different results.
I am sure it used to work so am most puzzled.
Is it possible that the forum we use “WP Symposium” content is being excluded?

Having started a reindex I am getting numerous errors of the format:

Any update on this?
