In reply to: [bbPress Notify (No-Spam)] Upgraded WP, now no notificationsThanks for the quick reply.
That checkbox was not ticked so I set it and updated. It is now sending.
Hope this was a one-off!
Are you sure about that new directory path?

In reply to: [bbPress Notify (No-Spam)] Upgraded WP, now no notificationsWish I hadn’t looked at server logs!
But key maybe the following as this happened at the time the email should have been triggered. Does this help?

In reply to: [bbPress Notify (No-Spam)] Upgraded WP, now no notificationsBackground notification is enabled and we have had that sort of number of users for a long time with no issues and used your plugin for maybe a year.
We use the plugin “post SMTP” to manage and log emails and it shows various emails (password resets, replies, messages etc.) being sent before and after this one failed. The last new topic which goes to all was just before the WP update and there have been no other new topics since.
I am going to try to check the server logs…

where I have replaced email addresses with xxxxx.
So is that suggesting it should be working? But if it isn’t what might the problem be?

In reply to: [bbPress Notify (No-Spam)] Upgraded WP, now no notificationsCorrection, to my post, I now see that replies are being sent out but notifications of new topics are not.
Thank you. All clear now.
I don’t seem to have a panel for Single Event Page!
Apologies for not replying. Unfortunately we do not keep enough of the log and that period disappeared before I could investigate further. I just hope it is all working and it was a “one-off”.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Different Browser, different resultsI think I have fixed it now by excluding the particular page from caching. The page was https://www.ccrc.co.uk/programme/
The problem was that the booking link you will see against 13th May was missing in Firefox and Edge while the booking link which is now out of date for 29th April was still showing. Yet it worked in Chrome.
Is it possible it was actually caching on the users PCs? Hence the difference was not browser type but what they viewed last?
Despite the update the same warning messages are appearing.
