I used <span style=”float:right”>Please…. I also liked the .site-footer . My custom css is getting full. Have to review it to see if I have extra code.

I got a better solution. Took me a few trys to get the number correct.
But I like this solution better then a ton of &nbsp.

I got one solution I added a ton of &nbsp to before my text. Surely there is a better way but it seems html don’t like spaces or tabs.

Thanks for your response. It fixes a little but annoying item.
Time for me to go to bed also.

Though I just noticed that while the Contact Us link works it is not underlined or marked as a link should be. Just a little thing but could confuse users.

I had to try it /template-parts/footer/site-info.php
Worked just fine. Now I just have to remember how I didn’t.

Found it. It was set for two column when I am using one column.

Now everything seems the same.

As far as the contents it is smaller more to the right. How do I fix that with the child?

I found the caps problem I have advanced-twenty-seventeen and it was set to title uppercase. So much for more than one place to control things.

I had to copy my custom.css over but I have a backup of it. Couple things I have
/* Stops uppercasing Site title */
h1.site-title {
text-transform: none;
}

but it is not working and was. My title is all uppercase. I might be seeing things but I feel the page content is more to the right. But I could out to lunch on that.

I wanted feedback before I tried my child. Did not want to mess things up. I chicken with something I don’t understand.

But thanks for the help. I will try it in a couple minutes just making a copy of all my custom css
