Andrew, this is exactly the problem. It says I am running wordpress 3.0.5, but it also says on the dashboard that an automated update has failed to complete, please attempt the update again now. However, when going back to the updates page, it says you do not need to update, so why is it giving me this message?

Yes, and I think 2010 comes this way, but I want the tagline to be different in the header than in the site title.

I don’t know how to describe what I’m trying to do. Do you have some headphones you can listen through? If you still don’t understand, then listen to the audio file when you have a pair of headphones handy or are in a private place.

Did you look at any of the pages other than the home page? Click on one of the static pages like blogging and there should be a heading at level 5 that says subscribe. Where should I search and what keywords?

2. Hmm, if anyone knows of one, please let me know. I guess since I’m moving to www.remarpro.com I can change permalink structure, but this would make a whole lot of sense to me at wordpress.com where permalink structure cannot be changed. I didn’t know until a couple of months ago that typing yoursitename.wordpress.com/year would take you to that year’s archives, so this would make sense.
3. I am using 2010 and don’t plan to change themes. I don’t work with immages unless I have sighted assistance, which I don’t think I need much for a site like mine.
4. I knew that, but I don’t know how to do it.
