I’d be bias, and say WP Multisite would be the best solution – as you can manage all sites via network admin for clients.

If the sites aren’t related, i.e using unique domains, simply find a good domain mapping plugin.

The link above is a great plugin, however it’s premium. I’m sure a quick search on the wordpress dot org should load some free alternatives?

OK, cool!

At the top of the WP dashboard, you should see “Screen options” on the right hand side.

Click screen options.

Please tick the checkboxes for CSS Classes & Description – under the Show advanced options.

Go back to the Menu section > Appearance, and find the custom links.
You should now see: CSS Classes, and Description.
The description contains the URL to the image. Simply, update the url to the correct/new image URL.

Did you upload the image via the WordPress page, on the WP dashboard?

If so, simply go to the Home Page – and click Add Media. Simply, re-upload the image/ or select from media library – and you should be good to go!

What theme are you using? I believe it’s Flatsome?

Navigate to Appearance – Menus, via the WordPress dashboard.

Images are set up via custom links.
If you would like to change an existing image, look through all the custom links until you find the correct one/image. and then simply change to the desired image.

** Please ensure you have CSS Classes and Description ticked, in the screen options tab – at the top of the WordPress dashboard.

What theme are you using?

I’d be more than happy to take a look?

Try adding: add_theme_support(‘woocommerce’); into your functions.php file.

However, the theme may be completely incompatible and require modification to work. This may require hiring somebody to do so?

Second solution: If the theme is not compatible, I can potentially advise an alternative similar theme that supports WooCommerce.
