Where do I put the short code? I am happy with what the way things show now BUT every day at opening time I have to flush cache. Here is the short code I am using

I can get it to redirect on user roles. It worked on registration two days ago but has stopped redirecting on registration. Is there a different plug in that might work? I need to go live Friday and this is a key part of the site. HELP
