    Hi,

It might be my fault not explaining this perfectly.

What I meant, I was using this plugin to make my emails more cute (playing with CSS). I changed nothing in the body text. I customized the default body text that woocommerce provided.

Now, when I translate the strings (which are used as default body text in woocommerce emails) to Arabic using Loco Translate plugin, the body text appears in Arabic in both your plugin and the actual email sent.

For example, if this is a default body text: Hi %s welcome to %S.
    I make a translation to: ?????? %s, ???? ?? ?? %s.

This way, I can see the arabic words in your plugin and play with CSS.

Unfortunately something happens after the latest auto-update which stopped the Arabic words to show in either your plugin or the actual email sent. Even tho I am sure all strings have translation but ignored in the emails.

    Sure, this sounds right.
I posted this because it was working properly when I relied on this plugin to customize the fonts colors size paddings etc. I was satisfied with the same original content but translated. People may use part of the features you provide and everyone has different needs.

Well, its now not working like (two days and the days before that.)

Solving this is always up to you guys. Issue reported and my job is done.

    Thanks for your effort,
    Jaafar

    Hi,

What settings are you asking for exactly?
    Language is Arabic.
When preview, strings remain untranslated, like (welcome to the site this is your username:) even tho it is translated.

    Hi,
I am using loco translate plugin. I used to do like this previously and everything was fine until today.

Same with me, but I got it. I have to click and scroll by dragging mouse right to show the buttons again. It’s just like the page width increases a lot and automatically scrolling to left. scroll right to show again. Storefront theme.
