I haven’t found anything that would change the username and email at this point, and apparently there is no way to alter that without making a completely new registration page. What I will do is add some options to change the order of the additional fields. Also, select the existing first name and last name and then they should appear at the top of the registration form underneath the username and password fields. There currently is not an option to order the fields or remove additional fields but I will add something to do that later today. I will look into setting the order. If you just want to remove the fields from the registration form, just select none at the admin options panel and reselect the options you wish to choose. First name and last name are part of the WordPress included fields so you would not need to add any of those

I just removed the white space and updated the plugin to version 1.0.2, in case you aren’t proficient in programming, so hopefully that should fix the problem.

What other plugins are you using, I find that that usually is the case in these instances, as I have never received that error in any testing or heard it from any other people. Another thing I may have found is on line or around line 281 there is a ?> then a space and then <?php, that may also be causing the problems, just open the user-registration-aide in the plugin editor and delete those two lines and see if that fixes the problem. Sorry about that, I was messing with some script and forgot to remove those but I will do that in my next update which will be soon now apparently. Thanks for alerting me to that my friend.
