In reply to: [NMI Gateway For WooCommerce] Redirect After Successful Payment?Thank you for your suggestion. We actually have that on our list of to-do’s, and will try to incorporate it into an upcoming release. Once I take a closer look, I will have a better feel for how intricate it will be. We do see this as being a great addition, though, so thank you for bringing it to our attention!

I just pushed a new version of the plugin which includes a fix for your report above, as well as the display error in the gateway transaction detail that you reported off-forum.

I just pushed a new release to production for the NMI plugin. There is a bug fix for products with a double quote in the name, as well as addressing your request for the order status.
I’ve added a new setting for the plugin (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> NMI Gateway for WooCommerce) called Final Order Status. You can now toggle between Processing and Completed, which will now only set the order status to Completed if you choose it to do so. This should cover your request, but please be sure to let me know if doesn’t.

Thank you for your questions. At the moment, the text customization on the plugin is pretty limited. You can only change the text fields on the checkout page where you select the gateway. You can edit these by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > NMI Gateway for WooCommerce and change the Title and Description fields.
I will add your request for the button text and heading text to our board for this project and work it into the next release.
From the start, we’ve been trying to streamline the checkout process & remove the second checkout page, but have had to keep it included due to the way we handle the three step redirect. I’ve been working on this for a future release, but unfortunately don’t have a set date yet.

Also, could you please post or send the following:
– WordPress version
– WooCommerce Version
– NMI Plugin Version (version number and if it is paid or premium)One more thing. Could you please send a screen shot of the error to [email protected] as well as the url of your site? I suspect it might be a conflict between another plugin but want to cover my bases and do anything I can on my end to confirm.

In reply to: [NMI Gateway For WooCommerce] Does this plugin work with T1 payments?We are only able to collect and pass through what is defined in WooCommerce for the state/province value. Unfortunately, we’re not able to default it to a certain value if it is not defined. Please check and make sure that you are collecting it correctly and if it is not an option for the specified country, you may have to contact WooCommerce or look into adding the state to the list within WooCommerce yourself.
If possible, please post the url of your site along with the country/province combination you are having issues with. That might lead us to an answer as well.

Thanks for checking the settings. It could be possible that it is not working for countries outside of the US. The only way we restrict it is that payment must be made using USD. Other than that, it should work fine. You would have to check with T1 Payments to see if they have any restrictions on their end as far as location goes.Please let us know what they say. If they don’t have an answer, we can look into this further.

We’re currently checking on this and will let you know what we find. Until we get back to you, please check the following:
Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > NMI Gateway for WooCommerce in your WordPress Admin.
Please confirm the Transaction Type is set to Authorize & Capture. If it is set to Authorize Only, that could explain what you are seeing with the successful order in WooCommerce, but the payment not getting to the gateway.
Please let us know what you find.

The payment gateway you are using with Cashflows/VoicePay is different than the gateway we are using with our plugin. Our plugin will only work with the NMI Gateway or an NMI branded reseller, so that would explain the issue you’re having when entering your Cashflows/VoicePay API key and trying to submit a payment. Unfortunately, our plugin is not compatible with Authorize.net. It uses the NMI gateway to process payments, so there is no way to connect to Authorize.net.
