If either of you are still having issues, please let me know. It seems like it might be a communication error, but we’d like to see screen shots of the transactions (both in Woo & your gateway) to help figure out what is going on.

We’re working through a few projects at the moment, but I jump back on this one every chance I get and bring it up at our weekly dev meetings. I will do my best to get this pushed through, but I don’t have a release date at the moment. Once I do, I will post here to keep you updated.

The input fields should be formatted by your theme. If they are getting cut off or not formatted at all, you could edit the CSS in your child theme to get them formatted the way you would like. If you format the input[type=text] in your CSS file, that should allow you to make the changes you want.
We have the logos planned for our next big release. There is a workaround though, that takes a little more work to implement. If you’d like to know more, please contact me directly and I can walk you through it.
I will add the API key asterisks to our list of task and try to get it ready for our next main release. That should be an easy update.
If you would like help with the workaround for the logos or need anything else, please feel free to contact me.

Currently, we do not provide the ability to edit the checkout page. In future releases, we are hoping to remove this page and have it built into the previous page, on the main checkout page where you select your payment method.

I will run through and update our test environment to make sure the plugin is working with the most recent version. I haven’t seen any issues yet, but want to take a look for myself. Sorry for the delayed response. At the moment, the plugin does not allow a one page check out process. We understand your concerns and have talked about this as a team to plan out a single page method, but we don’t have a release date at the moment. We will continue moving forward with the new configuration and publish it as soon as it is ready.

In reply to: [NMI Gateway For WooCommerce] International Payments?As far as we know, WooCommerce handles the currency. I don’t believe we have any restrictions within the plugin itself, so it should just connect Woo to the gateway. If you think we do, I can look into it further.
We are also not sure about what costs a merchant account provider outside the US charges; most likely, it will vary. If you are concerned about costs due to currency conversion, that is done by the card issuer and not the processor. Any costs for that will be incurred by the consumer using the card.
