I have noticed the same thing were the save button is missing, i found that it was one or more plugins not working well With Wp-ffpc

Solution is to disable all other plugins, then u will see the save button again. Then try turnin one and one plugin at a time until the find the problem plugin causing this.

Same here, excatly the same error.
Not able to activate the plugin after i did a
fresh wordress 4.2.2 installation.

Yes the APCU is installed and working just fine

The issue is now resolved, the problem was that the define(‘WP_CACHE’,true); had to placed in a very spesific area.

Before any database definitions, thats all
