Hi guys,
I have not been able to fix the problem by editing the .htaccess file, so I restored a backup of my website from last thursday. I got everything up and running smoothly again including Really Simple SSL in version 6.0.3.
Is it save now to upgrade to version 6.0.7 or should I wait for a version with a final update once you have clear what caused the problem initially?

I also encountered this issue: all pages show error 404.
Still figuring out how to correct it, but I fear a a backup restore is the only solution?
