I have changed the theme temporarily… and the whole site changes, except that the home page adamantly remains the same old page (using Salient theme).

Hmm, oddly the plugin ignores my custom CSS on pages, but not on posts. I was able to create a fixed width box, but the box conforms to the full width of pages…

Have you found a solution to this issue? The same problem has been plaguing me for a long, long time… it’s intensely frustrating.

I am still suffering from the discussion settings changing themselves. Does anyone out there have the slightest clue about this bug, and what the cause may be?

It’s maddening, having to manually check the settings at least once a week, or getting emails from folks that they can’t comment…

Well, now I can’t even log in to the dashboard… I removed the w3 folder (and put it back again), and I’m getting this message when trying to log in:

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosoraweb034/b4/ipw.small-sc/public_html/yearofmud/wp-content/db.php.

I do believe I reset the plugins folder earlier, although of course I can’t get in to do it again…

I have WP Super Cache installed and activated as we speak, but no other plugins. I have just noticed that w3 Total Cache does not appear in the dashboard, but I do have a folder for it that I can see through FTP.

I am copying its contents and will delete it to see what happens… if anything? Not sure why that would make a difference…

2012 is active as we speak. I’ve logged in on a few different machines, and as long as I am logged in, I can see the site up-to-date. Logged out, I see the same frozen in time site from Feb. 9.
