In reply to: [PDF Embedder] PDF Embedding Website instead of PDFHi, @brustar!
We’re aware of some outstanding issues introduced by version 5.1.1. Our dev team is working to resolve them. In the meantime, the best thing to do is roll back to version 5.0.2, which you can find in your account on wp-pdf.com.
We hope to have this patched-up ASAP!

Hi @mcaravaglia
I apologize for the delay here. This is most likely due to a conflict with Jetpacks lazy load feature, specifically. I know you mentioned you’ve disabled Jetpack completely, but, you should be able to simply disable the lazy loading setting within Jetpack, and that will allow the slider to render correctly.
Please let me know if this helps!
Hi, @behanz
I just responded to your support ticket. Since you’re using the paid version of Soliloquy, let’s pick our conversation up there.
Thank you!

Hi @bmrtrek
In regards to which plugin you use for lazy loading, it is totally up to you. If you plan on using lazy loading for both Envira and non-Envira images, I would use either Smush or WP Rocket, and disable lazy loading within your Envira Galleries (for convenience sake). However, if you choose to use Envira’s lazy loading feature, as well as either Smush or WP-Rockets, just be sure to exclude the .envira-gallery-image class from being lazy loaded by those plugins in order to avoid a conflict.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] Terrible support.Hi @nick7766
Again, as I always mention, tickets are answered in the order that they’re received. There is zero need for your insults.Per my last message, neither myself, nor my two colleagues, could replicate your complaint. Even with the most recent link sent.
Since you’re not happy with the plugin, or the service we’ve provided you, I’ve gone ahead and refunded your most recent renewal payment, and I’m giving you an opportunity to find a plugin that better suits your needs.
Thank you!
Hi @goviral
I’m very sorry for the trouble — that title you see on hover is put there for screen-readers so any users visiting your site with disabilities can have the page read to them. This is considered very important for Google when they crawl through your site and is also good for SEO.
I’m sure there is some custom JS you can use to remove this. Something like this may work for you, but, as a warning, this has not been fully tested:
jQuery('.envira-gallery-item img').hover(function() { jQuery(this).data('title', jQuery(this).attr('title')); jQuery(this).attr('title', ''); }, function() { jQuery(this).attr('title', jQuery(this).data('title')); });
Please know a customization such as this is typically outside the scope of support. We never recommend making any changes to your theme files directly. It’s always best to use a child theme.
Thanks!
Hi @webmark487!
Our Automatic layout allows your image titles to be visible on hover. This layout is included within Envira Gallery Lite. However, this only applies to the titles, as the caption feature is not available within this version.
However, within our paid version, we do offer the ability to display either your titles or captions on hover with a little bit of CSS. I’ll attach that guide here: https://enviragallery.com/docs/style-image-title-hover-effects/
Thank you!
Hi, @zergix!
I apologize for the delay here! Do you happen to have a new link where this behavior is occurring? It looks like that link provided doesn’t contain an active gallery.
Thank you!
Hi, @hyperbrand!
I apologize for any trouble!
Since you’re using our paid version of Soliloquy, can you please contact us at https://soliloquywp.com/members-area/support/ so we can investigate this for you further? It appears that the soliloquy-viewport is shrinking down to 1px on mobile devices.
Thank you!
