Thanks for contacting us! It looks like the slider is currently being displayed within a widget area/sidebar of a page template, which is why you’re seeing it on every page that uses that specific page template.

Unfortunately, the sorting feature isn’t included within Envira Gallery Lite. However, all of our paid licenses include the ability to sort your images, including ordered by date. I apologize for the confusion.

Yes, it is possible to use video slides in Soliloquy. Any paid license of Soliloquy gives you the ability to incorporate videos into your slides. Unfortunately, this feature is currently not included in Soliloquy Lite.
