In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailOk, I disabled all other plugins and submitted the form. I got the same result for the From field when I received the confirmation email. It’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t show our name but it would be nice.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailThat field has “Vendor Info Request” in it. That does show up as the subject when we receive an email from someone filling out the form.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailOh, no sorry. I just did the things you mentioned to try. I tested the form after I removed all entries from Confirmation email message and after putting back in simple text just to make sure the [from_name] I used before wasn’t what was messing it up. Let me know what I should try next. Thanks!

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailThank you so much for trying to figure this out!
I checked and it says I have “Version 4.0.33 (up to date)” unless there is really a newer one it WordPress isn’t aware of.
It says:
Confirmation email “From” name: Blue Moon Gift ShopsI removed all text from the Confirmation email message: section and saved. It of course gave the error message that all fields need to be filled out. When I submit the form, no email is sent. Then I put back some plain text in the message section and it shows my email address as the from/sender when I get the confirmation email. The text I currently have in the message is:
Thank you for your request for more information about opening a shop at Blue Moon. We will contact you as soon as possible. Please feel free to give us a call at 910-799-5793 in a few days to make sure your information was received. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
Warm regards,

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailYes, and it shows the imputed name the customer put into the form perfectly int he confirmation email. But the where our company should appear to them as the sender of the email, it’s not showing up correctly.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] From Name Field on Confirmation EmailI did see this page in the FAQ. Where it says My Site Name, I have Blue Moon Gift Shops, but that isn’t what it being displayed when the confirmation email is received. I was filling out the form and submitting it to test something else when I noticed this. Any ideas why it wouldn’t be using my text?

In reply to: WP-Creativix 2.4 logo uploadStill no luck with the logo… have a feeling it’s something with where is says “Folder wp-creativix/images/logos/ must be writeable” in the logo upload section. No idea where that folder would be since we are hosting our blog under our website’s domain. Any ideas?

In reply to: WP-Creativix 2.4 logo uploadI have been trying to get our logo to upload into the Logo Upload section of the WP-Creativix Options tab under the Appearance tab. It does nothing when save it. We host our blog (with this template) on the server of our main website so they are interconnected. It does say something about wp-creativix/images/logos/ must be writable. Is this something that won’t work if it’s connected to our website’s server? Any suggestions?

Our search in the top toolbar also doesn’t work. It takes you to our website so I have a feeling this is due to our website being linked as well. Any suggestions on how to fix this or hide that search bar from the menu? We have a search widget on all the other pages with a sidebar that works already.
THANKS!!!!
