@designextreme After further reviewing, it appears the ajax request is replacing the text with the backslash in front of the single quote. I can see when refreshing the page that the text “We’re Open” appears correctly for a split second and then is replaced with the version of text containing the backslash “We\’re Open”.

Do you know if there is anything that can be done to prevent this?

I uploaded my screenshots to imgur – see below. Hopefully you can see these images with descriptive captions. Let me know if this helps – as I am seeing noticeable differences in the code output when using the parameter – and causing backslash to appear before apostrophe.

just to follow-up for anyone with this issue – it was the Screen Options. Go to Screen Options and you can activate other post types in the menu list.

got it. i thought i would start here to see if there was something within SuperCPT since it registers the post type. thanks for confirming.

now that i look at it closer, you are right. i never checked the database to see if the tables were actually deleted – just that i did not get an error when running the delete script after making this change. since the IF EXISTS statement is there, it never found the table but did not throw an error. it looks like i got that variable name from the filter name on line 145.

i guess i was thinking more of adding an option to the plugin to sort by ID or sort by snippet name. tags and categories would be very helpful as well. thank you.

great plugin! just discovered the other day. do you plan to further enhance the sorting functionality? currently, if you sort by the name column, select a snippet, and then go back to the list, your previous sort is gone. given the number of snippets i have on my site (and i am basically prefixing the name with a “category”), i would love to have a sorting option that is more persistent.
