Thank you for your response. Uploading files using that browse button is not working, both with the intended 11.5 MB .exe file or small .txt files. I select the file with the browse button, the browser would process for a long while, and I would hit the save button. Returning to the product afterwards, there is no file attached.

Please let me know if I need to be more descriptive in any of those steps.

Is there a way to upload the files through FTP to a specific folder?
