In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting Shop Page to Home Page shows no categoriesHi,
Yh, the setting is already set in that way but what is confusing to me is that the Products per row and Rows per page are missing on our installation.
We are running Woocommerce Version 4.6.1
I have also set the theme to Twenty Twenty and it is still not showing the categories!

In reply to: The plugin does not have a valid header. This is bizarre! Is there really noone who can assist with this? What data do we check in the DB? This is clearly not a file issue because the plugins have all been removed.
So what now?!?!

In reply to: The plugin does not have a valid header. Is there noone that can assist with this one??
Is this a lost cause??
Also seeing this error now. Been a month since support posted here. When can we expect a fix for this??
Well, reviews should be honest and devoid from price influence. You shouldnt get a star just cause its free.
With that thinking, I can write a plugin that simply places “Hello World” on my home page and I would expect to receive a star just cause I don’t charge. That isn’t sensible.
Don’t take it personally, I love that it’s free and you should be rewarded for your efforts but these features I mention … even if it was part of a paid version, should be available to the end user.
1. Re-Optimise all is a no brainer
2. I should be able to remove all “unsmushed” backup copies of the pics with a click of a button when I uninstall your plugin. I’m removing the plugin so I should be removing all remnants of it.
3. Output log is nothing major but would be a simple addition and would be nice to have.Maybe you should make a paid version to rake in some money with the “Reoptimise all” button. I would have paid for it.
I think my review was fair. Free or not.
You can still keep a simple interface and additionaly have a minimised “Advanced” section where people can do more advanced tasks such as resmush all. The above option should be a standard feature. Thanks for the plugin anyways.
So I haven’t received support on this issue but I changed the quality to 91 and it gave me the option of resmushing. Not the most elegant option as I will have to put it back again to 92 after but it is a workaround.
We need a button to re-optimise all.

In reply to: [Banner Management For WooCommerce] category banner on product pagethen why offer the banner on the home page, cart page, checkout page and thank you page of the site if it is only category specific?
you’re contradicting yourself my friend and by limiting the features you only hurt yourself. not the people that will use it.
The more features the more you will sell…
but it’s your plugin … do what you want.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize, Divi and IE11 not working togetherhmmm…ok…but wouldn’t it be the same if that developer said to me
“Check with the developer of Autoptimize why his plugin isn’t caching my plugin properly?”
?
just saying…

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize, Divi and IE11 not working togetherthe plugin exclusion fixes it AND the css exclusion fixes it individually on their own.
so which one is the problem area to focus on?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize, Divi and IE11 not working togetherHi Frank,
Ok, I have added both exclusions in individually. and tested.
adding wp-content/themes ONLY: Solves the problem
adding wp-content/plugins ONLY: Solves the problem
adding both: Solves the problemremoving them both brings backs the problem.
So I’m confused…
