Thanks, Jeff! Even though I had already tried your idea of creating a new user (which unfortunately didn’t work), it gave me the idea of trying something else. I created a product on the Admin side with my administrator access and chose the approved vendor as the Vendor. Then magically that user could now edit that product as well as add new ones when they were logged in!!
It also got rid of the error on the All Vendors page in the Dashboard. It loaded as it should! WOOHOO!
I think I’m good to go now! Fingerscrossed I don’t run into any other issues. Thanks so much for your time!
Unfortunately, that didn’t work. It was a good idea though. I did set up a new install and it worked, but I’m really hoping not to have to redo the rest of the site to fix this issue. Let me know if you have any other ideas.
Hi Jeff-
This actually found another error. When I go to WC Vendors > All Vendors, I get a fatal error and nothing loads. 2024-04-05T17:22:04+00:00 Critical Uncaught Exception: Invalid vendor ID in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/class-vendor-settings.php:176
I did try uninstalling with the delete options and reinstalling. Nope.
I did try disabling all other plugins and changed the theme, but still the error and they can’t add.
I inherited this site from another developer that had installed Woo.com’s Product Vendors plugin. I’m wondering if somehow that plugin (that is no longer active) is causing the issue. Would it have added something to the database that would cause your plugin to not work correctly? They use the same Role name: Vendor.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Changes to Metadata not savingNo, the description and SEO title in the code is not what I have entered. That’s the old version. Here is a screenshot of the updated Title and description: https://app.screencast.com/LXJxA8nervHFy
I’m sorry this still isn’t working. How can I make the default view a list view? It seems to default to the calendar view. When I make a new page with the [events_list} shortcode and the [event_search_form] shortcode, the search just goes back to the calendar view page. I tried changing the page in Page > Events/Archives, but then it just replaces my shortcodes with the calendar again.
Can I send you a login to help me trouble shoot?
How did you resolve this? I am having the same issue. I have 2 attributes that are duplicated (only difference is 1 letter capitalized). I can’t seem to remove the attributes that aren’t being used. I checked the wp_postmeta table to see if there was content in the duplicate ones, but there isn’t.
How can I remove these?
