I have debug mode enabled but don’t see where to find that information to submit. I don’t have a notice “3. Look for the ‘Found X USPS rates’ notice on the top of the page?” on the checkout page (in Admin mode) when testing. I don’t see another option in the plugin to locate the debug file. Thank you.

I have discovered it’s not the contact form causing the issue, there is something amiss with the email address that has been changed somehow without my involvement. Apologies there. However, it was still probably time to move to a different contact form plugin.

To clarify: on both desktop and mobile I’m only seeing 3 or two of the options I selected, and media mail, though chosen as an option is not appearing on either desktop or mobile cart. The option for showing the shipping cost is set to view in the cart rather than waiting for the checkout screen. I’ve checked the product settings for those showing only three or two shipping options (and not media mail option) and the settings are the same for those different products.

Version 1.8.1, media mail is not showing for me, either. I have shipping show up in the cart, not at checkout. On mobile, three or two shipping options are shown (four are currently selected as options; Priority express, priority, first class, and media mail). The options being shown are priority express, priority, and first class, or express and priority, but not first class. Thank you.

OK, I have figured it out. Under the variable condition of the product I need to check the “virtual” box in addition to the “enabled” box. That removes shipping from the calculation at checkout. Otherwise, it seems a default value of 1 lb is applied to the item at checkout and used to calculate an unnecessary shipping charge.

I cleared my server cache and browser cache and that appears to have corrected it. I keep forgetting to do that as a diagnostic. I have also submitted the field form modifications suggestion. Thank you.

The issue is solved. I installed a shipping plugin that seems to have resolved the problem.

I fixed it.

The products being charged shipping are variable, virtual products, ie classes with different dates, for example. Also, my gift cards are also being charged shipping and they are also virtual (no physical cards and set up as such).

Thank you. This at first did not work, then I looked at the code closer and I had missed the __ double underline. Once I corrected that, I only see one product image in the side cart.

The issue has not been resolved. I submitted a new topic.

This is still an issue and remains unresolved. When on a product page, click on the product image and the full screen display shows the product, but the upper right corner has two layers of controls. If you X the image to close, the underlying image remains and you must click X again to close the product image.
