I’m having the same issue, exactly as you’ve both described. Would really like a permanent fix to this as it’s a client’s website so I can’t exactly tell them to flush their permalinks each time they want to post an event…

Narrowed my issue down to missing code in my child theme’s footer. Don’t know if that helps anyone at all, but it wasn’t plugin related in the end. Switching themes to see if the problem persists is always a good idea. I’ll remember that for next time.

I managed to figure out that it works on Twenty Sixteen and even my main theme, but not the child-theme I’m using! What could this mean? Where do I go to fix this?

BTW, I have it set to

“Request matches any of the following conditions: everywhere”

“Yes, after 1 seconds on the page”

Triggered = 0
Dismissed = 1

No auto-hide.
Test mode enabled.

My client is getting very anxious to get this working!

Do you mean the “Load this box if”… then choose a condition… then hit the “Add rule” button? Then Update the whole thing? Yeah. Did that.

They asked: “Please provide us the login credentials to your WordPress Admin panel in the reply section below as Private Reply, so that we can further investigate the issue.”

I just hit reply to the email. Hopefully that works. Otherwise please let me know because I need this solved ASAP!

After your quick first response, I haven’t heard anything! My client needs this working ASAP and I’m going to have to ditch this and find something else unless I can get it working again! Please help!

I used this:

.primary-navigation.toggled-on .nav-menu li a {
  height: 40px;
}

And now the icons are showing. The icons are centered, but the text links align at the top. Any ideas on how to get them centered (off the top)?

Sorry! I went in after I sent my last response and saw there was an update available. I updated and everything seems to be working great, even in the evil older versions of IE!

I discovered that it is IE8 and lower that it doesn’t work for. A small percentage of viewers, I’m sure, but there will still be people out there that will only see a blank screen when they visit my site if I use this. :\
