I’m receiving the exact same error with this plugin. It seems like it’s related to re-directs to the wp-admin or wp-login pages.

No luck with completely clean install. Have you tested on latest release of wordpress?

Still can’t get it to work, it’s just putting in a normal gallery no difference between the a gallery added by add a gallery and the way you described and showed pictures and none of the images show up in the lightbox.

thanks for the screenshots though looks like a great plugin. I’m on a multis-site installation, i’m going to try with fresh install with default theme running and see if that works.
