Try placing the image in the text area of “This is me” section. I believe that the image placed between 2 headings in a row is messing with the way the text wraps. This is the quick and easy fix without having to adjust any code.
The image has to be exactly proportional to the header size. In order to do this and see the entire graphic that you are using there would need to be white space added to the image to fit the header container.
The size of your image needs to be adjusted to fit the header image size. The twenty thirteen theme default size for the header is 1600px wide and 230px high. I hope that helps.
