Rather than uploading the .wpress file, FTP it into the backups folder and install as a restore.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Hanging on UploadThe FTP/backup trick worked for me on a subfolder in the root directory (which was much further than I’d gotten using the typical file upload method), but then when trying to restore the backup straight in the root directory itself I got blocked by file permissions.
Once those were taken care of, everything worked like it should!!

Got it – I had some shipping settings already set up in my PayPal profile and it used those despite the plugin setting of ‘no shipping’. I made them all inactive, and now it works like it should ??

Edit | Delete Permanently | View | Unattach
