Hi, this is what I got yesterday, a few hours after I changed the settings:

Visitors who looked at /?
s=Suntegrity&post_type=product&ct_bot_detector_event_token=bad583463da60e3c788f8ba1 7258dfd1867ca8dc

I pressume that visitor was blocked, even though the location and search would have been a real person search. The bot detector event token might not complete, I converted the error screenshot to text and I may have been cut off the full token with the screenshot.

Thank you for checking. I didn’t run any test, but I saw this morning there was a search blocked and based on the location it was the brand conducting the search and not a bot. I pressume this was blocked based on the url, see screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/RyTidPZ

Hi, thank you for your assistance. I figured out how to fix it. I disabled some of the Enhanced Ecommerce options, enabling just the ones I really need and it now works. Perhaps there’s some sort of compatibility issue with my theme or a plugin, I’m not sure.

Here’s a screenshot of the settings that work for tracking Add to cart, Product List Clicks, Checkout and Unique Purchase. When all options are enabled, only the checkouts and unique purchases are tracked (Add to Cart and Product List Clicks stop tracking since January 31).

I have the exact same issue. I updated the plugin yesterday and there’s no settings in the wp dashboard. I tried the link you posted above and it says I don’t have access to this page.

I hope it will come back? I’m using the premium version, it’s helped my website so much.

Hi, I just want to let you know I am having similar issue of failed transactions since updating to version 1.6.5 but I’m using a different currency converter, WOOCS (Woocommerce Currency Switcher). Just wanted to let you know that it might not only be an issue with Aelia, but other currency switchers as well. I reverted back to 1.6.4 – thank you ??

I’m having the same issue. The “stripe payments are disabled” in woocommerce payment settings. I’ve been using stripe for years, all the api keys are correct. nothing was changed.
I contacted Stripe and they checked my account and said that my payment are enabled, everything is set up correctly in my account, they said this is a plugin/woocommerce issue.
Can you please help?
