Yes, the Carousels were visible again, however they were squashed on mobile. I have now tested undoing the original fix – undo ‘show as Container’, and undo ‘No crop for background images’ and the Carousels are visible again and they are no longer distorted on mobile. I guess, successive plugin updates have managed to fix the issue. I’ll let you know if they disappear again.

Hi @drupalin, I have now made all the Carousels on all the Lodges follow the same fixes as your suggestion. At least they are visible now. However @greenshift / @wpsoul once the Carousels have rotated through all Slides, the text on the first Slide does not appear. This is the same with Phoenix Events mentioned further up the thread. So still not right (as well as images now distorted. Could you have another look please?

Ah, as clients tend not to format their images properly – so they are never the same dimensions, some images are stretched to fit which is not ideal. I’d like to be able to keep the cropping in order that the images are not distorted. I could go and resave the images all at the same size, however 14 x 7 is rather a lot for unchargeable work…

Hi @drupalin, thanks for this suggestion, it does get the images showing again. Very happy to share findings and solutions.

I’ll monitor how this goes. The client site has lots of images per Carousel x 7 Carousels, so really does need a solid fix.

Ah, scheduled maintenance on the server was probably what caused it.

Everything is working fine now.

Hi WPSoul, I added the images as per the instructions in the Plugin, eg: inserting them as a background image on each block, adding a new Slide from the right hand sidebar area.

Hi Greenshift people. There was an update to the plugin today, but it has not resolved the issue. There’s two of us here with exactly the same issue.

My other client site is not so bad, just the text on Slide 1 does not appear after first revolution. I fear if I amend this Carousel it will end up like Windmill Lodges. On Windmill there are 7 Lodges with a carousel for each, none are showing their images. Need you to investigate, please.

Yes, I agree. I could have made this. It opens a new browser window and you have to log into Facebook. I was expecting a form field on the client’s website.
