Yes, but what should i do to have the same look but not duplicate footer? nouveller tryied to explain me but i did understand. Should i only copy/paste <div class=”section” id=”header”> everywhere i have <div id=”footer”> or i have to do some changes somewhere else so that section class to take action?

Well, let me tell you more precisly. So, my theme doesntt have the home button to go back to the index page. So ive made one by creating a new page from my wp admin panel with the name “HOME”. But the one that i have made is empty. All i want is to link that page to the index page, to be more precisly, when you push that HOME page from my menu to go to index. How can i do that? If i am doing it like you told me, when i will go to my site i will be into that empty page created by me and not into my real index. Help me please…

you have to use it like this:

a href=”www.mywebsite.com/blog/news.alerts.php/”>News Alerts</a

Use < in front and > at the end of the line.

try using p>&nbsp</p or simply p></p / use < and > in front of p and after.
