This is why I asked if it was possible that the code was the same for both tickets. I’m not sure and I don’t know how to check it.
But I’m thinking about the possibility to scan the first code twice by mistake and then the second ticket would not work. It seems that when more than one ticket is bought in the same order, then you can scan any code as many times as tickets you buy. Is it like that?
And do you know if point 2 is possible? Each ticket in a different page so it would be easier to give the second one to a friend.

At the end I found that although I only created 1 event, there are two events, and the page shows the data from the second one.

I think I found the problem in my case, maybe it helps somebody else:
The plugin said “Your tabs have been saved” but then, after saving the draft, they were gone. The problem was a word in Russian. When I changed the symbol Б it worked inmediately.

PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected]). Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.
And the problem in the log says: 03-20-2017 @ 20:41:49 – IPN Response is for another account: [email protected]. Your email is [email protected]
The redirect after paying in PayPal is as follows:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /checkout/order-received/1834 on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.What seems to happen is that the email that we have in WooCommerce, doesn’t match the one we use in your plugin. Which is quite normal because it is why we are using your plugin, to be able to have another PayPal account.
Do you know how to solve this issue? Thanks.-
