Looks like this issue is fixed in 1.1.6.6.1. Norwegian translations show up correctly on our site now.

I can confirm this. We have a Norwegian site that does the same thing. The product count is initially displayed in Norwegian, but as more products are loaded the text changes to English.

Tested with Load More Products 1.1.6.5 and WooCommerce 3.8.1.
Tested both with and without custom translations. Both with and without Loco Translate installed.

Any idea how to fix this?

I see a pattern here. We also use Jupiter with WP Bakery Page Builder, just like @slaydone and @ajumbra.

Unfortunately we still don’t have a staging environment for you to access. Is there any other way we can help you locate the bug?

We’re on version 3.3.0. Pretty sure it worked correctly in a previous version, but I’m not sure which one as it went unnoticed for a while. I have a vague suspicion that it started about 1-3 months ago, which corresponds with version 3.2.8 or 3.2.9.

I believe we have the same issue. Replaced an image and opted to rename the file. This caused completely unrelated <img src="..." /> tags in WooCommerce product descriptions to be modified in the same way slaydone described. Unfortunately we also don’t have a staging environment you can access.
