I think what they are trying to say when the free shipping threshold kicks in the store still defaults to paid shipping unless free shipping is manually chosen by the user. At least that’s what’s happening to me.

It is strange that the lowest price shipping method is not chosen as the default in this case free. I’m trying get it to default to free while still leaving other shipping options available in case the customer wants to pay for free shipping.

Thanks coiorg, that worked. I’m back in business again. This is still the best plug-in out there for what it does. There should be a donation area in the back end.

Well on the upside it’s working for me again on one of the sites, I haven’t tried my other sites yet. I will test those in the near future. I think wordpress did another update, most likely they broke all the IDE plug-ins and had a lot of complaints.

It really is a great plug-in. WordPress should just incorporate it or something similar, because there is nothing more annoying than when you finish editing the html to have wordpress throw in a bunch of random <p> tags.

I’ve tried disabling all other plug-in and clearing all cache and that didn’t fix it.

I have the same question, I can’t find the stylesheet for the actual splash from the backend editor. How do I get it it?

I only started having this problem after I activated the Falcon Engine, this site has been under development for weeks and never had that problem, but when we were done creating it. We decided to turn on the caching before it went live to speed test it, and it worked great for a day, loading in .333 seconds. Then I came back the next day and the home page was white.

It could be a conflict with another plug-in, that’s why I listed them all. I’ve had a similar issue when using WP Super Cache with BPS Security. And I solved it by deactivating some plug-ins that were using a lot of memory.

However this site does not have any memory hogs on it that I know of. However I have gotten rid of all excess plug-ins.

But I won’t know if the problem is solved until tomorrow.

I am having a similar issue, when the Falcon Engine is enabled the site I am working on is extremely fast, however after about 8 hours I get the white screen. If I flush the cache, I no longer get the white screen, however I see no setting to set for a timed cache flush, which indicates that this problem should not be occurring at all.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there is something wrong with the theme, that’s for sure. I can’t pinpoint exactly what I did that fixed it, but it works and that’s all that matters.

One more thing, I have the featured images set for the slides and I put the pictures on the the pages of the slides just to be safe.

I made any folder that had any possibility of running the script 777, from the JS folder and each folder in it to the scripts folder. Not sure what else you could do.

For me the thing that was stopping it was the weird way you have to set it up where the theme controls the home page and not word press.

I have:

“Show slideshow on homepage?” Yes
“Homepage Slideshow Items” 5
“Show static page on homepage?” Yes
“Page to be displayed on homepage” “the name of the page”

Then the WEB reading setting is set to:

“Your latest posts”

I have the SEO turned off as I use Yeost SEO.

And I have the Navigation fully set up.

Not sure if any of that will help, but the theme may be cause a conflict with a plug-in or something as well.

The file permissions might do the trick for you.

I had 2.2 also.

I also changed some of the folder permissions in the theme 777 as that will sometimes stops wp-press from being able to auto generate scripts. I had that happen with another theme from this company.

Did you ad the code snippet form above? I did that too and made 5 slides and named them Slide-1, Slide-2 etc and made sure the page names where the same.

I figured out what the problem was, somehow I got version 1.0.2 and the current version is 1.2.0. I got the new version and did what is said above. The other problem is that in the setting/reading, you have to make sure that “Front page displays” is set to recent posts.
