Change permission of /home/readknow/public_html/wp-register.php into 777 (and don’t forget to change it back to 644 after the installation complete).

I have the some problem, and do the above solution for 4-5 more files.

Same here & like catholicanarchy, I can’t change the permission through FTP. Any idea?
