I am having this same issue. Deleting the plugin and reinstalling did not fix the issue. Please advise.

In reply to: Hot Tip when Domain Mapping isn’t working. But this is where I spent the most time looking for a solution and I didn’t find anything even remotely like this. It was an unrelated article that clued me into checking the SSL issue. Where else should I put this?

In reply to: [Edit Flow] Would have been nice to useI never said it sucked and yes, what you both are doing is textbook troll behavior. If my original comments required a response from anyone it should have come from the moderators of this forum or the developers themselves (who I am sure can fight their own battles without anyone else’s help).
There was no “personal” issue here till you made it one.

In reply to: [Edit Flow] Would have been nice to useSo it’s troll time on the Review boards. Nice. The fact that you lot seem content to attack others for their opinion and to suggests strongly that I am the issue while doling out abuse is quaint.
If you want a flame war with all this extra time you have I’m sure the moderators will have a blast dealing with it all. Enjoy wasting everyone’s time.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Edit Flow] Would have been nice to useI think it’s “really unfair” to tell people that they don’t deserve an opinion. Berating me for it only forces me to remain intransigent.
My client had some choice words about not being able to use the plugin, at least I was nice about their concerns.
Putting in support tickets on free plugins has little to no effect. In my experience, most developers ignore it or point the finger at the other developer stating it’s not their problem, it’s the other guys. Same with premium services when you refer to a free version of some theme or plugin.
Your last paragraph reads like you have a personal stake in the developers agenda. My comment and rating will remain as written and rated until the situation has been looked into and fixed.

In reply to: Avatar/Gravatar – How do I get around this?Never mind, another forum suggested the plugin Avatar Manager in the WP Repository. Does exactly what I needed.

In reply to: Single category archive page in reverse orderThank you for the info.
I decided to build the page I want instead of relying on core functionality. Turns out it looks better than the default option anyway.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Single category archive page in reverse orderJust a follow up on this, the pagination tabs on the page (depending on theme) no longer work, only the first page loads for every page listed. I also ran into an issue where clicking on the post just reloaded the page itself not the post.
People have been looking for this capability for 11 years. WP hasn’t given them a fix/option built into the core. That seems odd to me, how has this simple request be ignored all this time?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Single category archive page in reverse orderOMG! I found it. So frik’n simple to.
Edit Child theme Function.php file and add this:query_posts('cat=4&order=ASC');
Set cat=”ID Number” to the category ID you wish to change the sort order of.
For gods sake someone pin this solution so no more people need to tear their hair out searching for it.Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Cannot create a Subdomain based Multisite NetworkI have a slightly different problem. I have installed WordPress (4.4.2) twice now and both attempts to create subdomain networks have left me with 403 errors when I add the new subdomain and then try to load it’s dashboard. The Multisite itself is up but if I make an additional site (site1.domain.com) complete with cname (*.domain.com) and subdomain (in cPanel) it just doesn’t connect.
I’ve been over the tutorials and written instructions 5 times (each) now and from various sources. Now 3 days later I’m still no closer to figuring out what’s preventing this from working.
I tried the MU plugin, but I still get the same result. It all seems very straight forward, I just don’t understand what I am missing.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [AddToAny Share Buttons] Showing up on Custom Dashboard MetaboxesI went through the FAQ multiple times before I started this thread. I have not used a manual placement of the shortcode at all.
I’ll ask the WLB guys if they can help.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [AddToAny Share Buttons] Showing up on Custom Dashboard MetaboxesPlacement is turned off and I’m only using the floating (vertical) share buttons to the Right Side.
I don’t see any enable/disable A2A in feeds setting. The Custom Dashboard Metaboxes are a tool inside of “White Label Branding” https://codecanyon.net/item/white-label-branding-for-wordpress/125617
I have no caching plugins.

In reply to: After Migration to new server my username is no longer recognizedThank you!
I dumped the entire site off the new server and just started from scratch. I reloaded everything and this time there were no glitches. The database loaded successfully and the site files hooked without a problem. I was able to login and see the dashboard.
I appreciate all the help,

In reply to: After Migration to new server my username is no longer recognizedHi Tara, yes I have already determined the DB is incomplete. Now I am trying to find information on how to fix that.

In reply to: After Migration to new server my username is no longer recognizedUpon checking, there is no usermeta or user tables anymore. I have tried to import them from the original database but I must be missing some sort of protocol in the export/import because the import isn’t working. Subsequent imports generate an error saying the new tables exist already, but they haven’t showed up when I refresh.
