  • It happened to me as well in WP 2.7 … It only occured after setting my expriation times in the plugins menu… Changing my apache server to force PHP5 seemed to fix the issue, but then I ran into another issue (which you mention in another thread) where the WP Widget Cache can no longer write to its folder.

As another note, I was the post-plugin-library “recent posts” and “Recent comments” for advanced display control of my recent posts/comments.

Hopefully this is helpful to you.

Hello, Just encountered the same problem on WP 2.7…

Was getting blank posts page, changed my server settings to exclusively PHP5 (from system default), post.php was no longer blank, but the widget plugin could no longer write its files/folders… The blank posts seemed to occur after I first set my expiration times in the widget menu.

Hey… Mr. Pumpkin, by sheer luck I stumbled across this fix. I think it will solve your problem also.

    https://barefootdevelopment.blogspot.com/2007/11/fix-for-wordpress-paging-problem.html

It appears that there is a problem with our permalink structure, whereby wordpress thinks the “/page/” listing in the href is actually a postname. If anyone knows what I should be putting in my .htaccess file (instead of needing to use the aforementioned plugin) plz post this here. This issue is very poorly documented.

Honestly. I seem to be having the same problem with the site I am currently developing. I have searched through many a thread, and there seems to be no answer to this specific question. The only thing I have found information about is using the $paged variable in query_posts, which is not my problem…

For further information on the problem plz check out This Page … If you scroll to the bottom and attempt to navigate to the previously posted articles, it loads my index.php file…. Which suggests… Is pagination developed to be used on the “front page”? Would the fact that it’s supposed to be loading my “category.php” page be causing this problem?

Randomly, the plugin is working again. Thanks! (heh)

I’m not too sure PHP Memory limit is the problem considering 2 things (Granted I am no expert on apache server specifications).

    1. I had all plugins/configurations installed/setup for a decent period of time and all were functioning properly. No (known) changes was made between the time when the website functioned and when it no longer functioned

    2. The error also occurs on pages that do not load the plugin that seems to cause the problem. All “public” pages are affected (load as blank pages), whether they load CForms plugin or not. However, all admin pages load fine – including the CForms settings pages (wouldn’t this be where the most PHP mem is used anyway?)

My PHP Memory is set to 32 M… I would assume that should be enough to handle this form? Unfortunately, this Contact plugin is the only one that meets my needs for the website in question… Any help appreciated.

oh?> How does that occur, and why do my admin pages (also utilizing PHP mem) still load?
