Thats what I was thinking as well.
but with starting a completely new wordpress install, as a different client on the same webserver (same server, different reseller account) i get the same error.
So i think its more a setting on the server its self cause i was able to ftp in the completely new setup, and it installed it ok, its just when it actually went to site i got that error.
Im stumped.
