I will use the download options in Analytics/Downloads/ and hopefully remember to do that before deleting anything.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Find a deleted downloadable filename?Filenames on downloadable digital files in products. They are gone from the order when products and files are deleted.
When you deleted products and its associated digital downloadable files, the filenames of those files are not in the order anymore of you edit them – maybe it happens after expiring date – I don’t know – but they are gone.
My customers have 10 days to download the files and then they expire. After that the products and its associated digital downloadable files will be deleted.
The problem is there’s no way to find these filenames anywhere. No history of the filenames – just “deleted” instead of showing the filename.

In reply to: [Product Customer List for WooCommerce] Stuck at Processing Orders: 0%I have about 7000 orders in my shop. I noticed when I go on a products edit page the page load fine.
But when I scroll down to the bottom of that page where I have “Customers who bought this product” located, the list stays on 0% while the system CPU usage starts to go sky high for 135 seconds and then the customer list shows. And the CPU usage drop to normal again.

In reply to: [Product Customer List for WooCommerce] Stuck at Processing Orders: 0%Me too. very very slow compared to the earlier version.
Thanks for the fix. It works. My back-end is fast again.
Ah, ok. Will move it over there then.
Sure.
Under the plugin settings “Resolving conflicting VAT data” I check the option: “Forbid checkout entirely (this requires that would-be customers who either enter an address in the EU or have an IP address that resolves to the EU must have both pieces of data in agreement, or be forbidden to purchase any relevant goods)”.
If I create an account with billing info from USA and go to the checkout page with an EU IP, I will get a message saying “Because of VAT-related legal requirements, to check-out, your taxable address must match the country detected for your Internet access (IP) address.”.
If I place an order anyway, I will be blocked with the message “Because of restrictions related to EU VAT law, we cannot process your order, because your entered address is from a different country than that detected from your Internet access (IP) address.”
So this works. But if a customer with billing info from India would checkout with an IP from USA, there are no message on the checkout page, but the customer get blocked anyway when hitting the “Place order” button with the message “Because of restrictions related to EU VAT law, we cannot process your order, because your entered address is from a different country than that detected from your Internet access (IP) address.
So we have to make the assumption from the evidence that this customer is not in the EU as neither the address or the IP is from EU, but the plugin is blocking the customer anyway. That is why I asked in my first post if this was a bug as he should of course be able to purchase as from the evidence he is out side of EU.
