Sorry, I completely forgot to update.
Long story short, this was indeed due to caching. But it wasn’t from any caching that was set up on our end.
Our host changed data centres and I needed to update our domain’s A records. I didn’t receive the e-mail from them notifying me of this so I didn’t know I had to make the change. I guess Siteground, my host, was doing us a solid by showing a cached version of our website rather than it just not working. This is why we couldn’t find any cache to clear.
Thats my best guess, anyway, because the minute we updated the A record the contest voting started working again.
Thanks for your help, and my apologies for the confusion. You plugin was indeed NOT the issue!I was given a code by my host to add to my .htaccess that is supposed to be able to do this. I followed the instructions in this link (which was provided by the host) for a single page: https://www.siteground.com/kb/disable-dynamic-caching-website/
They said they could confirm that this page is no longer being cached. I guess I had to take them at their word, but if you’re saying you’re still seeing the site from an american IP while you’re in Germany then that paints a different picture. Could there be propagation time here, or something?
I’ve also cleared the cache in the hosts back end multiple times and in the dashboard.
I can try disabling caching but that’s not a long-term solution. Need caching to keep the site even remotely fast. I’ll try turning it off again and test again, but it didn’t help last time…
Thanks again for your help. This is so odd…- This reply was modified 1 year, 5 months ago by bkreinhart.
I’m still experiencing the issue. Can you provide any additional guidance as to what my issue might be? It was working fine for 4-5 months.
I was wondering the same. I’ll try excluding these pages and plugins from caching and see how it goes.
What’s strange is that I havent had an issue for the first 4-5 months.
I’ll keep you posted. That’s even better.
Thank you!
Thanks – for further clarification, my understanding is that the events in events manager can still cause the issue even if the event is being sent only through Events Manager (so, the pixel?), and not through CAPI/your plugin.
Correct?
Thanks for being so thorough.

Thanks for the quick response! Much appreciated.
I do have some events added through Events manager, but none of them are ones that I’m also tracking through your plugin. So, in theory, they shouldn’t be duplicates. Right? Or could that still be part of my issue?
The thing I find weird is that I’ve made no changes to the events recently, and prior to these issues everything is working fine. Perhaps a false positive, but still curious about my question above.
Hello again, thank you for getting back to me.
It looks like you are correct, and that it was a false positive.

In reply to: [Tawk. To Live Chat] Twak to Not showing up todayI can second this issue. It was working this morning and disappeared.
Tried resetting the property and looked for some settings but couldn’t find anything that worked.
I did do an update to the Divi theme that I’m running, but I highly doubt there’s a conflict as the update was minor.
