Hoi Frits,
Ik ben niet de auteur van de plugin, maar heb deze zojuist getest. Er is een jQuery error, bij WP 5.6 + staat jquery in de footer en veroorzaakt een simpele “jQuery is not defined” error. Ik vermoed dat de developer dit nog moet fixen. Na het verplaatsen van jquery naar de head is dit gefixed en werkt de plugin verder prima.

We zijn beiden developers, nergens staat dat de plugin een NL vertaling bevat, overigens is deze wel prima te vertalen met bijv. Loco translate. Is het geven van 1 ster dan niet erg overdreven wanneer iemand zijn werk gratis aanbied??

Daarbij zijn “het werkt niet” comments zonder verdere info ook niet echt hulpzaam.
Just my 2 cents, aangezien je zelf een thema maakt en ik dan zou zeggen, jouw thema werkt niet. Is voor een dev erg irritant… Niet slecht bedoeld, gewoon opbouwende kritiek.

My mistake, I’m debugging software created by someone else and some constants are defined multiple times :-/

Go to the hosting environment. How I cannot tell you, you have to figure it out yourself. Usually it’s a place where you can manage databases, ftp, email addresses etc.

You need to access the database, in most hosting environments this is done with phpMyAdmin.

When you’re in phpMYadmin find table “wp_options” (note: the prefix ‘wp_’ maybe different).

The first option_id’s (1 & 2) are ‘siteurl’ & ‘home’, make sure those values are correct.
NOTE: the urls must be like: ” https://your-domain.com “.

No, you have a stand-alone WP version that is installed on your own hosting.

It was so simple to screw the website, is it not as simple to “repare it” ?
You changed something without understanding what it does, this is not a recommended tactic ;-). Next time, before pressing the save button first make sure you fully understand what you’re doing. A quick search online, and you would have found many articles explaining the consequences of changing this setting.

Happy to hear that the workflow is a focus point. I completely understand this is not easy, when you have a plugin like WPML (massive).

It may take some time to set everything up, but then it works like a charm! This is the most important for me, I’m a very happy user.

Don’t give a 5 star!!!
The developer forced recaptcha V3, which does not work at all (at that time), causing huge amounts of spam.

The developer did this without ANY warning, all spam protection from all my sites (100+) stopped working after the update.
Server IP reputation dropped massively, all because this idiot dev did this insane very unprofessional update. No fallback, nothing!

THIS IS UNFORGIVABLE! Please stay away from every product developed by him.
Like others, I also think he did this because he made a deal with Google, because Google needed the V3 algorithm to have more traffic for learning. So basically we were a huge BETA testpanel on production sites, insanely unprofessional!

Imagine this. I have 100+ sites and updated CF7 on all sites, which resulted in a massive spam surge which heavily affected my server IP reputation.

CF7 is finished for me, used to be the most stable WP plugin out there, all ruined by one update.

I only hope the dev received enough money from Google for enforcing V3 onto everyone.
Every single change I get, I use to explain everyone to stay far away from this plugin..

Well, that’s weird, in the settings I clearly saw “Show Image/Video : Must have premium to edit.” The page feed did not show any images?

If I misunderstood, and you actually do show page feed images, I stand corrected and will change my review.

Sorry, I just noticed the JS files aren’t combined by WPFC.

I suspect all is good now.

One question.

When I clear the cache does WPFC create new filenames, so it forces browsers to download the new files?

Skip deferring the jQuery library [ Will probably fix “undefined jQuery” errors on the Google Chrome console log ]

When I use V 2.5.5 I get the following error from multiple scripts:
“Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined”

When i go back to V 2.5.4 all is ok.

When I disable WP fastest cache still the same problem.

Thank you for the fix, I just updated to PHP 7.3.

I guess the plugin is abandoned ??

Not sure if there’s an alternative?
Maybe someone is interested to take over this one.
