Yes we are here. In order for me to help i do need logs. Please go to the settings of the plugin and turn on loggin, run your reports and then send the relevant logs to me at [email protected].

We are compatible with the latest versions but possibly you have a PHP version that we do have some issues with. Please send me a logfile with the errors to [email protected]

About saving the status. We are using standard Woocommerce for the settings so it should work if all other settings are saved. Please send me a mail to [email protected] and i will help you to trouble-shoot this.

Could you please go to the settings page (WooCommerce->Settings->Accountng report) and turn on the logging.
Then run the report and send me the logfile from WooCommerce->Status->Logs
