I should also add that I changed themes before I restarted the computer. With the new theme, the quiz displayed correctly. I restarted the computer after I had changed the theme.

As I continue to think about this, I believe the problem was with the theme.

Follow-Up Note: I restarted my computer and it looks like that has resolved the issue. I do not know how the original problem started but everything is now as it should be.

This is a great plugin with a lot of nifty features!

I found it! To export your results, go to “Manage Questionnaires” and in the table listing all your quizzes, click the link in the “View Results” column for your desired quiz. You will be taken to a page where you will see a link to export along with several other options.

Super easy to download and view your results.

Whoops! I see I need to clarify my question. I originally said that because of the different lengths of the quiz “question”, I could not always see the radio button or checkbox at the end. I should have said that because of the different lengths of the ANSWERS I cannot always see the radio button or checkbox at the end.

On further review, I can see that what’s happening is that the software is putting the radio button or checkbox at the end of each row (line) rather than at the end of each answer.

What this means is that if an answer takes up two rows (lines), then there is a checkbox or radio button on each row (line). This also means that if there are three possible answers (shown in red) and one of those answers took up two rows / lines (shown in green), then the last answer does not have a radio button or checkbox attached to it (shown in blue).

I would like to know how to correct this issue AND how to have the input type (radio button or checkbox) appear at the start of the question rather than at the end.

BTW, the screenshot is from the quiz page created by Watu.

UPDATE
It turns out that the problem was caused because the client (owner of the Stripe account) had not completed the verification process. She was not getting the emails with their requests for documentation.

With that process now complete, everything is working fine.

So, doing the set-up “backwards” had no effect and was not the problem.

Thank you for your answer and my apologies for the delay in responding. I had been watching this daily for an answer and had given up that anyone was going to respond so it was great to see yours when I checked today. ??

Everything that I copied from Stripe all seems to be correct, but I am going to copy and paste them again, to be sure. The account is NOT set for test mode. I will report back here with my results. This will be a few days due to other things also happening with this project.

Thank you, @rubengc. I am in the process of updating my php, which requires another piece of software to be updated first, due to my server’s set-up. I have had gamipress installed for some time now, and when I updated the plugin, it gave a message that it also needed to update the database.

Before I clicked “okay” on that button, I wanted to be sure it would work in its current environment.

I just need to know which file I can use to change that specific text. I still need to know it anyway because I also want to change the message itself.

I need this feature, too.

I want to restrict the capability of uploading to only be available with the comments on a specific PAGE (not post). Is this possible and if so, how?

If not, is there a workaround…or another plug-in that does it?

In case you are curious, I need to be able to allow potential clients to upload specs to get a bid for the project. I don’t want the spammers uploading documents onto every page and post on the website.

I want to use pages so that I can control access. The page won’t be accessible to anyone unless I give them the URL.

This plugin would be great, if I can restrict the page it works on.
