Can you provide me the websites of your stores?

And preferably the email addresses you used to sign up at BitPay. I’d like to make sure that your BitPay merchant account has been properly activated.

You can also send an email to support@bitpay.com, in case you don’t want to share your email addresses here. I’ll pick up your emails from there.

Some pointers beforehand:
* Your BitPay merchant has been approved for $100/day. If you need higher limits, please increase your processing volume in your BitPay merchant account (Settings -> General -> Increase processing volume)
* The minimum invoice price is $1 USD (or equivalent). If you try to create invoices below that amount, it will fail.

please send an email to support@bitpay.com . I wil pick it up from there. I think it’s good to setup a Skype call, do screen sharing, and find out what goes wrong.

You can leave the label empty, leave the facade as ‘Point-of-Sale’, leave ‘Require Authentication’ enabled and click ‘Add token’. The page will refresh and display a 7 character pairing code.

Make sure to select ‘Livenet’ in the BitPay Woocommerce plugin when entering the 7 character pairing code.

Using the pairing code is described in section ‘Connecting BitPay and Woocommerce’ at https://bitpay.com/integrations/woocommerce

Please note that a BitPay merchant account is a prerequisite. You can create a BitPay merchant account at https://bitpay.com/dashboard/signup

We will update the documentation at the wordpress site in the coming weeks as well.

I just created a BitPay invoice on your website and I don’t see any error messages. If the error is still there, can you show me a screenshot? And steps how to reproduce?

Did you BitPay plugin work before the update?
Can you provide me the website, so I can check?

We’ve updated the plugin, and released it here on WordPress. It now works on WP 4.8.1.

Can you specify what version of the BitPay plugin being used?

Since the original post, there were new versions released of WordPress, Woocommerce, and BitPay for Woocommerce. Using these new versions, is there still an issue? If so, can you elaborate regarding your staging environment:

exactly error message if different from the Allowed memory size error.

This plugin isn’t dead. My apologies, we usually field support requests via Github issues or direct inquiries to support@bitpay.com. I will try and address your concerns in your other posts.

We are working on getting it added because merchants are having trouble with this plugin, and we can only give support for ours.
