Tips are processed through native blockchain transactions so there is no built in notification as the plugin doesn’t process them. There are many public services that allow you to set up notifications for transactions to an address which you can sign up for and include the addresses you use within this plugin.

In reply to: [BitMate Author Donations] Crypto QRCodes not appearing with BitMateAttaching feedback from our email thread on November 10th for reference.
This looks like an error with your security configuration blocking direct access to the plugin directory. You’ll probably have to take it up with your host or web/security admin.
When asked if there was an IP address that could be whitelisted.
The old version was reaching out to a Google IP, however it was replaced with a self-contained script hosted inside the plugin itself for privacy purposes. But this does mean that PHP needs to be able to execute within the plugins directory outside of the standard WP functions which is likely what you have blocked somehow.
We’ve exchanged multiple emails over the past few days, where you’ve received answers to your questions and have been advised it looks like it is a problem related to your server blocking the script. You have also received responses on here.
As advised by email, the reason there isn’t an IP address you can add to your whitelist is that the feature you are using doesn’t call an external IP, it is likley an internal server policy or configuration you have that is blocking the internal script.
The plugin is working now on many websites, including the QR code feature, so there is no need to retire it. If you would like to use it on your site, I would suggest reaching out to your host to see if they can offer you assistance.
If you no longer wish to use it or aren’t willing to find the solution with your host you can simply disable it. Publically accusing developers of open source plugins of wasting your time when they have made efforts to help you is not the way to find a solution.

In reply to: [BitMate Author Donations] This Plugin should be really popular Now in 2022Hi @azpub, thanks for your comments. To confirm, you can manually add this on any pages you’d like to with the following shortcode:
[bitmate-author-donate]
If you currrently use full-site editing features from WordPress, then you should also be able to add a shortcode block to your page templates so that it is added automatically.
