What I can suggest in the current situation is deactivating all other plugins by keeping the CardConnect one and then checking it again. If you still see the error reach the plugin devs by sending them my reply so they can check thing further.

Thank you for your upgrade. Your plugin is working great now. Another issue I am facing is that I can not set metaboxes for one specific pages only. Can you look into that?
